Every Florida county property appraiser publishes a parcel roll: the owner of record, the mailing address, assessed values, exemptions and land use. It is public, it is the authoritative source for who owns what, and it is where every serious owner list starts.
The difficulty is that all sixty-seven counties publish it differently. Normalising that into one searchable set of 10.8 million parcels is most of the work.
